    help with drivers

    hey folks

    today i got a display "driver failed but recovered" and im using 186.03 drivers..

    do u guys know what should i do??

    should i get other drivers??

    Ive gotten that error before, and I changed drivers. Not exactly sure what it means tho

    I used to get that error when I was overclocking my 8700m GT in my previous laptop. Do you overclock? If yes just try lowering your clocks. If no, then give some other drivers a try...

    I never got that error with 186.03, but with my previous driver I got it with overclock.

    no im not overclocking...

    i tried dawn of war and it go up to 85 degrees but nothing happened ... maybe the driver was "adapting" to the system ...

    I also got that error using the same drivers mate, i ended up reverting back to the drivers that came with my machine and havent had the error once since. Goodluck mate...that error is very frustrating.
