Get the latest BIOS version and then download NVDIA's 195.62 drivers from official NVDIA site... Then go and download NVDIA system tool 6.05 and install it.. found on NVDIA website too... you can than open NVDIA control pannel and accept the end user agreement and a performance ocing tab comes up... i have a notebook cooler so i can OC to 600core , 1550 shader and 400 mem... you might want to try lower settings... only increase by 10-30MHz each time.. also try the riva tuner tweak which i have posted link below so ur GPU downclocks properly...

No luck, my clocks keep getting reset back to normal ... what do i do now?

hay use rivatuner and follow the steps also download latest bios.one thing i found that certian drivers did not allowed ocing so change drivers.i am using 197.16 nvidia official drivers and i found it to be the best ocing drivers.
