    Is there even a question? All I see is a screenshot. Which btw you can/should make smaller so it makes it easier to view.

    I would increase the speed by increments of 5-10Mhz testing each increment by running 3dmark tests, playing games for a while to see if artifacts show up. Also keep a very close eye on your temps to make sure your system isn't frying.

    You may want to search for other users who have overclocked the 2090 in Sager & Clevo forums.

    P.S. If you press Alt+Print Screen, it will capture the active window. This way you don't have to worry about taking the whole screen's screenshot.
