The 7400go is slighly slower than the X1400 from ATi, but not significantly.
It's unclear whether the 7400go has 128mb or 64mb dedicated ram, but I am 90% sure it's 128mb. Sony FE uses 64mb, while Sony SZ uses 128mb. usually, HP wont go cheap on dedicated ram, so it's likely 128mb dedicated + 128mb shared.
But really, it doesn't matter. nvidia's turbo cache technology is superior compared to ATi's hypermemory technology. nvidia integrates the technology a little better. -

yea ive heard that before but then i also heard that they run thiers set so high that the bus isnt big enough to handle that much speed.... but it does make quite a difference intodays games between 64 dedicated and 128... i really hope its 128 mb if any one else has any insite into this please let me know

Turbocache is the Nvidia name for part dedicated part shared scheme.
ATi calls it Hypermemory. -

but how much is integrated and how much is dedicated?

The X1400 and the Go 7400 have similar performance in games.
The Go 7400 in the HP dv6000t is 128 MB Dedicated + 128 MB Shared -

I would go for the HP unless you really want the higher-resolution WSXGA+ screen available on the Dell, because it has better quality overall and a much more pleasing design (although the latter is personal preference).
You won't be able to tell the difference between the Go7400 and X1400 in games. Neither card comes with more than 128MB of dedicated memory for future reference. Just make sure you have 1GB+ of RAM. -
The HP dv6000t has better quality and design than the Dell E1505, so it's easy...
The video card cannot be a decision-making factor, they are similar... -

well main decision was money over brand... so what ever was cheaper when i was gonna order and then it was video card then the style and extras that the two give... but if i would just get a standardwxga with true life (glossy) rom dell would hp offer just as good of a display as that?
how much is dedicated
