GPU-Z is unable to save the vBIOS on my laptop (Radeon HD 6630m; other specs in my signature), and so is ATI WinFlash. i'm assuming then that the video-BIOS is integrated into the system BIOS. in that case, how can one download/save/edit the vBIOS?

Won't work, your vbios is part of your BIOS.

First find which type of bios you have. If its ami, then you can extract the vbios with mmtool.
If your bios is not ami then you need to find another tool.
