    i have Toshiba Sattelite L650 Series Intel i5 CPU M 450 @ 2.40GHz(4 CPUs).
    Graphics:Intel(R) HD Graphics
    OS: Windows7 Home Premium 32bit
    My Game: BF3&MOHW
    Directx 11
    i need help is this graphic card can upgrade?
    any help really apreciated.....

    No, it can't be upgraded. Your computer doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. Try reading about external gpus.

    That won't work either as the system in question almost certainly won't have the necessary ports to accommodate an external GPU.

    There is no upgrading you can do to play the games you want. You'd be best off selling your laptop and buying one with the proper discreet graphics to play the games you want.
