    would intel gma x3100 gm965 be able to run starcraft 2 with low settings??????

    probably...Blizzard usually has been good with scalability.

    how would you guys say the INT.GMAX3100 GM965 graphic card compares to the nvidia...which is like $75 more

    I doubt you'll be able to play at the highest settings, but once the final drivers for the card are finished the game should be able to run just fine. Blizzard makes their stuff compatable with almost anything :)
