    That wouldn't even be a good 3dMark 05 score.

But you have integrated graphics, what were you expecting...

It's an abysmal score, but that's all you can expect out of integrated Intel graphpics. Notebooks with them just weren't meant for gaming/3D.

*sighs* the graphics card is the weakest component in my system(I didn't have any other option) When I got my computer I didn't plan on gaming on it but now thats sort of changed. I don't play pc games (prefer consoles) but it's the only way I could play Halo without going and buying an X Box. I also am going to try WoW on it since the system requirements lab site rates my computer as being just under the recomended specs.

    The HP dv2000t was another 14" option with a 256MB Go7200.

WoW should run fine, but at reduced settings.

I didn't really consider other manufacturers when choosing my system since that would have made my choice too difficult. The E1405 seemed like the the best match since at the time I knew I wouldn't be gaming on it so the integrated card didn't seem like that big of an issue. The only thing I cared about in terms of the GPU was whether it could run Vista and at the time we still weren't sure whether it would work or not.

You should be able to run Halo with no problems. It ran on my old MR 7500 with 32MB at pretty decent settings. That's a four year old integrated solution. I don't know about WoW though.

yeah I'm sure halo will run fine. I played it in ny last laptop with integrated graphics, 256 ram, and 2.0 P4.

WoW will run fine as well but dont expect good framerates or high detail. You'll be crying for an upgrade if you end up doing any 40 man raids.

Why did you chose 2 GB of Ram, if you weren’t planning to play games?, and even that is not a justification since not many games increase their frame rates with that much of Ram. Better a decent graphic card than an extra 1 GB of Ram, don’t you think?.... Anyway, is too late.

the fx5200 in my old desktop only got 950 in 3dmark03, and I played games like halo and deus ex invisible war. a 1500 sounds pretty good to me for intergrated graphics.
