    Take a look at the loaded modules part, and how can i delete the .dll, because when I try it says its written protected or being used or something like that

    You can't just delete the .dll. You need to figure out which program uses it and installed it. Something on your system is loading that DLL. If you remove that program, then you can remove the DLL.

    You might be able to use a tool like Filemon from Sysinternals and see what program references it.

    Spybot is a good way to get rid of adware. It will also check your system for other problems.

    Also, CCleaner is a good registry cleaner for tidying up things. And TweakNow Reg Cleaner.
