Hi, I play some few games and any time I have ever encountered LAG or whatever I wonder what caused it usually I find out but I just want to know about all the different kinds of lag such as GPU lag which i think is just low frame rates? then there is a totally different thing IMO internet lag but its still called lag for some reason? where you might freeze to other players in multiplayer? Can people just list like all the different kinds of lag and their symptoms like a big question I have is can low internet speed cause lower frame rates? is there a difference between internet speed in mbps versus ping? thanks

One problem with what you are asking is that different people use the term lag interchangeably for situations which may or may not be considered true "lag or lagging". So a good place to start is to read all the definitions for the word lag.
