Hi, i have a P7350 underclocked to 1volt and a 9600m gt dox's latest drivers and vista home 64 bit. when i play the game, the butt of most of the lego people are black and some lego characters in the cantina are replaced with wierd looking textures. in the game, there is one part with completely black floor, so i don't know what to do there.

i had this game going on a geforece 6600 and it went just fine, so i was wondering what the problem was, and how could i fix it

Have you tried setting the CPU back to stock voltages?

64-bit OSs can't run 16-bit executables, but the .exe you have is clearly a 32-bit or 64-bit application if it ran...

Do you have all the updates for the game? LEGO Star Wars 2 was pushed for a release by LucasArts, causing all the major platform releases to be so bug-ridden it wasn't even funny. If memory serves, Amazon sent back the entire GameCube version shipment, and the PC version wouldn't work at all without a patch first...
