i bought ME ages ago played and enjoyed it....
booted it up today and im getting really strange texture problems, like some textures are nice and hi-res while others on the same character model lo-res or missing altogether. and this is happening all the time, its not a delayed loading of textures its just that its not there lol ....

the only thing that has changed in my computer since then and now is lower hdd space and different driver for my gpu .... also a failed installation of that downloadable content ... i dont know if its related ..

    any suggestions?

The problem is likely due to the new GPU driver you installed; from version to version, they often can make a big difference in stability and functionality.

You can get the latest Nvidia drivers from www.laptopvideo2go.com or www.guru3d.com.

Try DOX's 180.44 and see how that works. It make textures look awesome. Maybe that will fix your problem.

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

OH f*ck..... my gpu wont boot anymore :S

( this requires a thread of its own ..i dunno ahhhhhh my laptop! )

Did you download the driver plus the INF file? Did you replace the INF in the driver with the modified one you downloaded? That is likely why you're getting the compatibility errors.

Yeah when it asks about overwriting the inf in the folder, accept the replacement.
