    Upgrading the graphics??

    As I said in the other thread, the max and the only upgrade possible is to the 8400M GS but in order to do so you will have the replace the motherboard since the graphics card in HP's are usually soldered onto the motherboard.

    A 2.4GHz cpu, 4gb of 667 ram and a 200gb hard drive.

    That's how you maximize upgrading your laptop.

    And you should remember that since in the current games the main bottleneck is the GPU, the upgrading the CPU will not make much of a difference.

    can i use ddr800 ram? i think GMA X3100 chipset can support it, because GMA X3100 like others santa rosa family.am i correct?

    I don't think you can use ddr2 800 ram, but someone else can confirm this.

    You can but it will run at the same speed as DDR2 667 since the current Santa Rosa chipset(965) only supports memory upto DDR2 667.
