    mobility hd 3650, cod4 multiplayer stuttering

    Well, heres the problem, this never happens in single player, it always runs smooth. but in multiplayer, there is some choppyness and stuttering, however, i have all my settings turned down. for example, i have no aa/glow/specular map/depth of field/ etc etc, everything is turned down except model detail/ragdoll/water detail and dynamic lights. my fps is always 40-90 with those settings on 1280x800. Whenever it stutters, i dont see my fps go down at all, so what can be the problem?

    i dont think so, my ping on good servers is always 70-80

    even though your ping displays well, it could still be dropped packets. are you playing wireless? if so try wired and see what happens.
