Hey guys I ordered teh dell d630 with this chip rather than x3100.

Some games I plan on playing:
    -GTA: San Andreas
    -Rome Total War
    -Age of Empires 3
    -Madden 2008

Question is, will it work out of the box for these games or is there some modding envolved? If so where can I get started, I spent a few hours searching but still there isn't a straight answer on which drivers to install or what to tweak.

I understand the diff between the geforce line and quadro (read faqs).

    Thanks

NVS 135M is very similar to the Go 8400. It's a lower dedicated video card. Those games may be playable, but don't expect high resolution. Slightly older games like Half-Life 2 would be fine.

You can use modified drivers, but don't expect miracles.

Even the NVS 140M in the D830 isn't really much of a gaming card. Latitudes are not gaming machines.

CS:S should run perfect without the need for modding.
