    i have msi cx61 0nf gt645m 6G ram i5 3230m
nvidia driver crash immediately on heavy load. it does'n matter this gpu load come from what software. i run furmark or run game such grid 2 or ... the driver crash not respond and recovered.
even if i open nvidia control panel and go to menu that nvidia logo spins, to change performance quality slider, load of rendering logo is too high (99%) and driver crash.
i can run rayman origin and in game gpu load doesn't pass 50% and no driver crash.in rayman my nvidia p-state is p8
i run nvidia power mizer manager to force it to p0 then run rayman (smooth). gpu load <50-60% and not crash.
    install many driver(297,311, 340 , 347 , 355 , 358) and install official msi driver and not fixed
    install win 7.1 , 8.1 , 10 and not fixed
repast cpu and gpu and note fixed
it is not overheating because immediately after run gpu load, driver crash. the temp is below 50

    my question is:
this is a hardware fault or software driver issues
    help please

    Welcome to NBR!

Looking at all of the troubleshooting you have done, it seems to me that its a hardware fault. I can't really think of anything else that it could be considering that you've narrowed it down to what causes it and you've done every software fix I could think of.
