alrite so i had my sager 5793 for about two weeks now. during the first week the system went as smooth as can be. but during the second week it started to run very sluggish and stuttery.

before: ut3 average fps 40-50 now its about 30-40 fps (people say i should get about 60 fps -____-)

before: CoD4 average fps 40-60 fps now its 30-40 fps ( i know i should be getting a constant 60 fps, but im not for some reason)

and all of other games that should run EXCEPTIONALLY SMOOTH (CABAL, SILKROAD ONLINE, CS:S) always stutters every 5sec, its very noticable and gets very annoying. i tried downloading every driver possible but still does not fix the problem. currently using DOX 180.70

at times my gpu core clock drops all the way down to 168 mhz which is extremely low considering the factory clock is 600 mhz. during this whole time im still using my a/c charger so this shouldnt happen.

i've also noticed that the programs i start up takes a bit longer than usual and their have been numerous times when it would take forever to start up especially on games.

im considering on doing a bios flash but i have no clue how to do it and i'm also considering returning this for another computer

wipe the hdd. reinstall the OS. i second that opinion.

just install 180.48, these are the most recent whql drivers out there. you can get them from laptopvideo2go.com, but don't get the DOX modified version.

update your (motherboard) bios if there is one available.
