Nvidia is in need for guine pig. Same as the Micro$oft. Maybe the multi Billion companies should use more of the money-profit on own testers (PAID employees)/test bench.

it depends. newer drivers support newer GPU gens and also newer games. but true, once a GPU and a game has been incorporated, there wont be that much change in performance anymore, aside from bugfixing (for that particular GPU + Game combo, that is).

Why use Frame Limiter v2 though? It's worse than RTSS in every way. You might as well use VSync if you're gonna use one of the Nvidia driver limiters. VSync has better frame pacing and about the same amount of input lag.

well, some anti-cheat apps like BattlEye will see apps like RTSS as hacking software so it's not usable in all cases and I'd like to keep my game accounts in good standing. I know siege does have an setting so I do use it but it's sad that I can't use RTSS to monitor my hardware stats.

So not even stealth mode or custom dx9/10/11/12 support bypass them?

BattlEye does a decent job of regularly updating their whitelist for RTSS, I've not had any problems in BE-secured games. And I've never heard of them actually banning someone for using RTSS, at worst they block it until their whitelist is updated. And there's ways to configure RTSS to get around the block as @Vasudev mentioned.

Haha true true. Anyway, I tested and there is a little bit of improvement in game benchmark...about 5 or 8 FPS.

    EDIT:

    Results are not entirely accurate.
