I'm using 391.35 on 19H1 18346.1 build Home version with Pause update feature and also disable WU completely using wub. Superfetch and other things have been renamed to SysMain, Sys xxyyzz and possibly tweaking services will be a thing of the past.
I'm seeing certain CPU spikes with retpo enabled for spectre patches. Macrium reflect PE isn't working due to a bug introduced by 19H1, so for now I'm using Lazesoft Recovery PE. I miss MR free PE.

No way! I'm not finding any performance benefit on 980 and let alone more issues on general usage I'd stick to older drivers which works fine.

Here's what I observed comparing between official ones vs XG...
-Less microstutters
-Higher OC Potential (Gives me additional 50 ~ 90 MHz more OC) with the same overvolt (I use +75mv) going higher voltage gives me black screen
-Higher FPS [Not significant-(YMMV)] (due to less stuttering I guess you feel that you are playing at higher frame rate )
-Less latency per a frame (Means smoothie gameplay)

I have black screen issues on 18346.1 build on Dx9/10 games. Upon exiting the PC goes into black screen. I have configured to power off when I press power button and shutdown is pretty quick too, takes ~2 secs.

 

Well ... we are at the pinnacle of OS advancement, so why not.

In all due seriousness though, that puke .gif reminds me of the new Windows light theme. The color is exactly the same as the puke, and the feeling that it gives me.
