    So, any feedback on performance? Is this the driver which finally works better than 378.66 under Windows 10 CU ?

    Nvidia is such a joke. Didn't even include the sli profile for dirt 4. Meanwhile, AMD had crossfire support available a day before the game launched

    Bro @Phoenix I sit waiting on tests with this driver :D I almost can smell fried hardware here up near the North Pole :p
    BTW. New isn't always better. Soon no issues with Windoze 7. But issues with Windoze X will most likely increase with new updates!!

    Well I tested these drivers on 2 GT73VR 7RF laptops and both laptops lost ~1000 graphics points in Fire Strike.

    Is power management in NVCPL set to High Performance? You need to set it to High Performance then reboot for it to take effect.

    well my friend had a bad experience, he was locked out for eternity and had to buy some password cracking app, place it on a USB Flash disk then boot off it then only it was able to reset his Windows Password

    That happens in very rare cases where the system account has some issues. The only time that happened to me was when my internet was disconnected. But after even with the internet disconnected it was a non issue.
    If it was that prevalent, then DDU author would include a note or warning about it.

    I believe it becomes an issue once you connect your Microsoft account and use that to login when in safe mode without internet, which is the recommended mode by DDU. I never had issues on my local account but today i decided to remove the password just to stay safe.

    oh yeah, that's what he was doing, connecting to a Micro$haft account so when in safe mode, since there is no internet, the system is not able to verify the password and he got stuck. I would've thought it should have a local database of the password but nopre, his system was FUBAR

    What score do you guys get in Fire Strike Stress Test with this driver? With previous driver I got 98-99%, however with this driver I get 93-96% meaning that it wont even reach the minimum 97% required for the test to pass.

    It hurts me to say it, but for me those drivers are a huge improvement. Not in benchmark ( sorry i don't play unigine heaven and 3dmark ), but in game ( 1070 here ). I ran with 378.49 before, and played dirt 4 almost 10 hours yesterday before switching drivers.
    All my stuttering problems are fixed ( dirt 4, SC, RE7 ), have a huge improvement in game in 4K with dirt 4, i gained 40 to 50 mhz on my ****ty turboboost 3.0 while overclocking, excellent temps, and more more importantly no more gsync issues.

    For once i'm happy with it.

    and another bad driver for P775DM3-G with the AUO1096 Panel, since how long does G-Sync flicker? I dunno i stopped counting after 10 drivers. I even put in my old backup image of W10 LTSB just to be 100% sure it's not a CU thing but yeah

    tl;dr
    Gsync still broken

    going all the way back to 375.63 everything works wonderfully with Gsync + fps cap to 118

    Yup, I got stuck in exactly the same scenario - BUT eventually it accepted a password I had used on my hotmail account a long time ago (possibly stored as an off-line backup hash?). No more linked account for me, it was just an experiment anyway.

    The solution would then be to use the safe mode with networking option if your system is set up this way.

    Has anyone tried an older game like Far Cry 4? I have everything on max settings (AA is OFF) and I am getting really noticable frame skipping/juddering.

    Just tried farcry 4, pcars and ac black flag.
    On my 775dm3, it's perfectly smooth, and all my gsync problems are gone, be it external or internal display. The frame pacing is perfect.

    I still play Far Cry 4 on 382.19 but I run it on Very High instead of Ultra so I can keep my fps above 90 to keep the 120Hz smoothness xD, and the game is too shiny at Ultra but at those settings it runs pretty smooth while I stream on twitch :)

    So far, the performance is fair to great in older titles like Witcher 3 with some reduction in GPU temps.

    However, new titles seem sloppy on this version.

    Enthusiasts with their NVidia GPUs: Ahhh! New drivers is released today. Tried it and reverting back to play latest game because newer driver made specifically for that game screwed it. Curses NVidia.
    Enthusiasts/Value for Money buyers on AMD GPU: Ahhh! No Day 1 drivers for this latest game. But latest games runs fine. I wish we could bought NVidia if I had few $ more. Curses AMD for not developing the latest drivers.
    @Papusan Did I get user's opinions right?

    @Papusan:
    Changes In PhysX driver:

    This version of the PhysX System software fixes an issue in the PhysX Loader that caused some games using PhysX 2.7.1 SDK (very old) to fail with the new GPU driver.

    NVidia needs to hurry the hell up and fix the flickering issues with SLI in dirt 4. AMD has had flawless crossfire support since the day before the game launched and I'm still waiting before I can enjoy this game in 4K with max settings.
