Did you run at native resolution? Any tips on running them fast?

So far for me, the gpu is still very buggy in running many Dx9 titles, even simple 3d game "Broken sword - angels of death" from last year, the images keep shuttering and slow, non fluid movement of characters...
And Fps is so low 1 -15 on WIC and COH in Dx10 even when using the new 163.67 driver with medium-low settings, not even to mention the expected medium-high settings of these new cards marketed strongly as so by nvidia.

Can Nvidia do something to seriously improve their firmware/drivers to our expectation of what they market the cards to be!!!

I am using stock drivers and play ALL my games at native 1680x1050, unless it is not offered.

I play Black and White 2 at high graphics, CSS at high graphics, Dark messiah of Might and magic is beautiful at mostly high graphics, Oblivion is beautiful at mostly high graphics with very playable framerates, guessing a little over 30, less in crazy situations.

Nothing to complain about at all.

especially since Im playing them at such a large resolution!

And as stated in another thread:

the IFL90's matte screen and sleek yet mysterious design makes it more than worthy of my desk space.

    Im rather astonished actually.

It will be wondrous when i actually find more optimized drivers!

Yes, the FX570m supports Anti aliasing, and you can install the latest Geforce drivers on it to increase gaming performance and compatibility.

It depends which 8600 you are looking at the DDR2 version, or the GDDR3 version, and what game/program you are using. The GDDR3 found in the Asus c90s, Asus g1, and the MBP should be equal if not better than the 570m (there is still some question as to if the 570m has the hardware to handle shaders/streams like the 8600s even when it is running the 8600 drivers). Price wise the GDDR3 8600 is still quite a bit cheaper than the 570m.

Nope, DDR2 memory is generally stock clocked at 400, while GDDR3 memory is generally stock clocked at 700.
