So I've got a Dell D820, and I know a lot of people wonder how it is for gaming with the Quadro card (I know, I know "It's not for gaming" but the reality is people still wanna know) Well I did a 3Dmark 05 test and it actually faired quite well, 2020, so its actually a bit better than what I've seen on most systems with a 7400go (most scores I've seen are like 1650-1950) but that might be because I've got 2GB of RAM.

I tried the UT 2004 online Demo (max everything @1920x1200) and I got an average of 35FPS, a low of 20 and a max of 60FPS, so it was 100% playable and I never had any issues. I tried the Unreal 2 demo (max everything @1920x1200) and I got almost the same results (I think the low was 17 and the high was 62).
I also Tried Max Payne 2 (real game) max everthing @1920x1200 and (I dont know how to displat FPS) it was 100% playable with zero lag/hold up, I'm assuming it was around 30-40FPS average.
Halo also did very well, max everything it was perfect (I dont remember the resolution, but I think it was only 1440x900 because it didnt support a high wide screen resolution, but I know I did the highest wide screen res) again about 30-50FPS average.
I'm Currently DLing Americas Army 2.60, so I will try that out later today as well, that is an Open GL game so I imagine that will run quite well also.
Hopefully I will be able to post a full review about this laptop and I will include a more detailed overview including graphics card info.

Thanks for those great scores mate, I hope it is handy for other people. One question, is the 120M based on the 7400Go? If that is correct, those are great scores.

yeah it is based on the 7400go, but I think since it has the turbocache to 512MB (most 7400gos are only 256MB) it got the better score, so I've got no complaints!

2 gigs of ram and 512mb turbo cache is going to provide in the region of 0% difference in 3dmark 05 at least. In all games the 256mb dedicated (I assume thats how much it is) will make very little difference at playable settings. Why not post a compare of your project, signing up is free and you wont get any spam.
Those scores are around what I would expect for a 7400 so it could be Nvidia have got the quadro performance up to that of their desktop counterparts. -
