This is what I have... Specced out MSI 1029 for roughly $1,400... If you wait a few weeks, you can have a specced out MSI 1039 for Around $1,600 with a better Videocard (X1600)

Also, you can have this thread moved to the "What should I buy" section, and fill out the questionaire.

    For $1600 you can get a Dell XPS M170. With a 7800 GTX, PM 2.0ghz 1GB RAM and 60GB 7200 RPM HD.

Well, we don't really have that much information on what you need with the exception that it needs to play games . . is there anything else you want to add to your list of requirements?

If you can snag a deal similar to what Jason posted, the XPS M170 would be your best bet.

Other than that, I'll second the MSI-1039, which will come out soon. There's a bunch of information in our MSI forum.

You could get the AW that I have (payes ~1200) and get it with more RAM and the x1600. Althought it seems to be hit or miss whether you get a really good machine from AW. I second the no Dell suport-I hold a grudge against them.
    just my $0.02
