Howdy, I'm looking for laptops that can run world of warcraft without much difficulty. I'd rather not lag in ironforge all the time, so higher specs are better. however, i'd like to keep the cost down, preferably below $1000. I was looking at Dell XPS M140, but it's discontinued and there might not be many on ebay a month from now, when i'm hoping to have enough money to buy one. does anyone have any suggestions for a reliable, relatively cheap laptop that can run wow? also, i'm not a mac guy.
thanks

You don't need any superior graphics card, WoW runs fine on intergrated, just at very low settings.
Head over to the What to Buy forums, make a thread with a completed FAQ, it'd help alot

These are the minimum requirements.
# Intel Pentium III or AMD Athlon 800 Mhz or higher CPU
# 512 Megabytes (MB) or more of RAM
# 32MB 3D Graphics card with Hardware Transform and Lighting (such as an Nvidia GeForce 2 class or better)
# 6 Gigabytes or more of available hard drive space
# 4x CD-ROM drive
# DirectX® 9.0c (included with game) and latest video card drivers
Almost every laptop on the market today can play WOW.
