Sorry I know this is the wrong forum but most active which is why im posting here.

I just installed creatvie x-fi xtreme gamer and am getting a red light, the optical port lit up but when i try to register or run one of the creative programs it says it can't find the selected hardware. I don't see how I would of isntalled it wrong but I definetly could not push it any harder without breaking my MB.

Another thing is I just hooked up my z5500 speakers and my sound panel is not picking them up, Disabled the onboard sound. Would this be because my creative sound card is not there for some reason? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
