so no work on old 9700
... well I'll have to live on omega
-
No, it will work on the 9700. It just has to be modded. Currently using the new drivers on my Sony s360. I'll post the link that told me how to do it when I get home.
-
they shouldnt have to be modded, if there already approved for notebooks lol might as well use omegas.
-
Well, I guess modded was the wrong term to use. I apologize. All you do, I think, is change the inf file to include the 9700. I found it on notebookforums.com under its sony section if you're interested. All I know is it worked for me. Not sure how much "better" it's supposed to be.
-
Hmmm. It would be interesting to see if these are better than the Omega Drivers. I'm happy with the Omegas, but if this is more of an improvement it would be worth the download.
That reminds me, I should check to see if my drivers are out of date. I have a feeling I'm running an older version of the Omega Drivers. -
will the bloke who dose the omega drivers bring out a modded version of the mobility drivers, i have got my laptop now Acer with an X700 the program on atis website said the the mobility drivers wernt compatible with my laptop should i install the anyway and try them out.
