    Just read an article about the driver increasing prrformances by up to 45%...? Does this make a gtx 570 or dual 560m better than the 6990 from a value standpoint now?

    Performance increases are generally within certain games like Skyrim, which is what the 45% mentioned in the latest release highlights pertains to, and always show best case scenarios.

    AAA game titles usually rate driver optimizations.
