    i have an asus n53jl i5. With nividia geforce gt 425m 2gb. Can it run current games like bf3 and nes the run. I want to buy these two games.

    Worst case scenario Mid Quality at 720p/30 fps, probably better.

    More like low at 640p for BF3.

    Probably 1024x768 on all low. As for NES, probably, but it won't look spectacular.

    It'll run games on medium at 30fps. Everyone should stop underestimating the GPU.

    425M is very similar to a 540M, you'll get 768p low/med w/o AA.

    It's the same exact card as the GT 540M. Overclock it and you can easily play pretty much any game with medium/high settings at 720p.
