got attacked by trojan, my antivirus was too weak, since i havent reinstalled my system from the day i bought it, i decided to do a clean install. everthing went fine, the new system was up and running in 2 hours. problem occurred when i try to install some of a games. they all ran fine on my system before reinstall, but non of them would run afterwards. all of them installed fine, but when i run them, the same problem ("windows has encountered a problem") msg, the one with a progress bar flashing shows up. I tried everything, for xp compatibility to safe video. nothing would work. in case you are wondering, the games i tried are need for speed underground 1 and 2, most wanted, all the way through to carbon. plus call of duty 4. whats going on? help me guys
