I have been having BSOD issues recently with my computer. I did some googling and found that the 169.09 graphics drivers I was using were causing the BSOD after wakeup from Hybrid sleep in Windows Vista. So if any of you are having similar problems and have the 169.09 drivers installed, I would highly recommend switching to a different set of graphics drivers.

Yes, the 169.09 driver is pretty old now. Even Dell's official driver is a later release than 169.09. Look at the 177.xx drivers: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showforum=94
