my gateway fx p-7805u is famous for having a dull, greyed out screen default settings.
but its not the laptop's problem, its an issue with nvidia setting not being applied in games.

i adjusted the nvidia color settings to my needs, i've lowered the brightness, adjusted the gamma, contrast, and everything to make it look nice.

but when i run a game, it goes back to the dull default settings.

and when i exit the game, it goes back to the settings i made.

anyone know a solution to this problem?
I've found a couple of same questions being asked in other websites as well, but they all dont have solutions.

additionally, if i dont run the game at full screen, the game visual looks good because the nvidia color settings dont change to default.
