What is the difference between the two? Mobile Graphics Cards - Benchmark List - Notebookcheck.net Tech ive looked on here and both are mid cards. However, im not exactly sure what the numbers mean. Please could someone say like the gt525m is 10% better than the 6490m or whatever, so that i can understand.

    Many thanks

Im looking at this HP Pavilion dv6-6156ea 15.6" Laptop - Steel Grey at cheap prices | PC World would it be able to games like bad company and crysis 2. I'm not looking for anti analysing etc but rather the ability to play games on medium ish detail with decent fps. Would it fit the bill? I'm not expecting perfection on highest details. Mainly for use as a student although I do some online gaming.

It's going to struggle, especially going forward.

Consider importing a 16F2 from the US, for around £800 you can get a similar spec to mine, if you save on a few items (get 4 gigs of ram, a single 320-500gb HDD) then I am sure you can keep it down to around £700, and a 560M is going to rip into anything at a similar price point.
