    nvidia gtx 660m problems help!!

    well it freezes when im using wow does anyone know what i can do about this problem and i asked wow support and thats what they said that is caused by over heating but my video card says not responding and has been recovered its a nvidia gtx 660m and ive checked if its caused by over heating but its not and my drivers are updated to the latest and ive even tried the beta and ive tried to rollback too and ive tried to format computer and reinstall all drivers and drivers are updated and my gpu/cpu temprature is 50-70degrees and dell says its normal i have a alienware m17x r4

    if it's an MXM format card there's a chance that the heatsink isn't properly seated even if the card doesn't overheat. I suggest removing the heatsink, checking the thermal pads making contact with the IC's and reseating it. If it's not that and it's not drivers, you may have a bad card.
