this has a really odd resolution. do you think many games would support that resolution? im looking at getting it mainly cause of my 3d class. large resolution + small size + cheap... i might get 2 since im probably getting a new job soon. however, i want to know if modern games support that resolution or if it would be better to go for dual 1900 x 1080 res monitors.

Dual? If thats what you want then go for it!
But i would go up to 1900X1080 if you can get that instead.

oh, the res for the monitor i showed was 2048x1152. thats why i was wondering if it would be a problem with gaming or if i should just settle for the 1080p ones.

Most newer games I've seen do support that resolution, and many others can with a patch. However, there probably will be a couple instances where you'll have to resort to a different resolution, but this is usually just with older games.

I would go 1080 or lower, its just gonna be harder on your gpu.

Or just scale to another 16:9 resolution. No big deal.

meh, not really worried about that, im planning on building a new desktop and ill probably throw 2 hd 4870s or a gtx 285 in there. i mainly need the space for 3d. it'll make it easier for me to model things. (imma just use one monitor for gaming probably)
