    other ATI graphics cards??

    Now that there are reports that about 90% of Nvidia GPUs are defective, i am looking at ATI cards. i only know the ATI hd2600xt, HD3470, HD3650 and HD3870. 3 out of 4 of those cards dont match my gaming expectations, and the 3870 is not available on any laptop (except for the np8660, but it got cut).

    Are there any other high end ATI mobile graphics cards that i have never heard of?

    I play ut3, dmc4, cod4 and bf2142

    except from that there r no other new Ati cards on the market.

    Just wait for 3870 or 3870x2 or get a Geforce series 9 card. They r not defective. At least not the 9600 and upwards.
