1024 x w/e or 1250 x w/e (i forgot the other numbers) all high 30 to 40 fps except on gun batlles massive like 20 fps or 15

also, everytime after 30 to 40 or even 15, my fps will slow down to 20 to 10 fps even though they are no enemies.i have to reload the game to keep my fps constant.

    i got no cooler...

    i am using ntune

    pls advice

Best bet is use one of the custom configs - performance like medium and visuals like high/enth.

If you're running vista, I think you might be in "balanced" mode?

You really should get a notebook cooler with a couple fans on it.

Yes you should. Same thing happened to me in CS. It kept dropping from 50fps down to 10.

simple way, download riva tuner, OC by 10 mhz at a time. test for artifact and stability, and watch the temps (keep it below 80) rinse and repeat till first sign of artifact or instability. peg back 20-30mhz

    660hpv12 Hit on spot.

Also want high performnace setting on.
Try custom config files I think at crymod.com

Also stay in your aspect ratio. so think 16:10 So try 1280x800.

I've read several good things about both, but most prefer RT around here

ok, so what oc settings should i use to make my crysis ran faster and not make my card get worn out?

also, if i use a notebook cooler, will it prevent the slowdown on my crysis?

You have to figure out the settings.
10mhz at a time bench if ok go 10 again
If not back down 10 than that is the highest it will go.

You might want to think about undervolting to save on heat.
Also if you have a dell than there is app out there you can use to contol fan
