Hi. Whats the best way of overclocking the X200M as i installed the Omega Drivers which everyone says are great and lets jst say they were a headache!
What frequency should i overclock the core to, to get optimum performance?

As in integrated chip I was unaware the clock frequency was intependant of the north bridge (FSB or frontside bus speed) and could be overclocked separatly. As with all overclocking you need to look whether you need to overclock first, and then decide the maximum temperatures you are willing to go to and how stable you need the system to be as either of these could limmit you. Temperature control with such a chipset could be dangerous and I would warn against trying though a small overclock in the region of 5-10% should not (I offer no assurances on this) pose a threat.

i would be VERY careful overclocking an integrated card. i am far from an expert, but since it is integrated it is most likely closer to the CPU (i think) :O so the combined heat could damage both chips at once, and lead to overheating problems faster.
