    is this overlcl**** to much? from 398 core/373 mem to 475 core to 400 mem.

    I cannot check the temp as the program only measures cpu and hd temp.

    Please start by telling us what video card you have. And those settings are normal to high. But you can try to feel if your notebook is getting hotter, but if you dont want any risks: get the Spire Pacific breeze cooler.
