and I forgot - I have vista on board

hmmm... well, you have an 8400m gs, so the performance of that card is pretty much going to "bottleneck" your gaming experience. yes, more ram would help, i would recommend an extra gig if you have vista 32-bit, but if you have vista 64-bit try to see if you can swing for a total memory of 4 gigs. it won't help gaming performance much, but it will speed up your entire system. also, you can always go to http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/ to get the best video drivers for your system. ehhhh, about running crysis on your sys., i guess it's possible, but then it would mean running the game at a low resolution (like 800x600) on very low settings if you want decent framerates. you can do a lot of other things too to boost your system, but they won't really have much effect as far as gaming performance goes. hope this helped
btw, your english is just fine bro -

2GB of RAM is more than enough.
Like benx009 said, the graphics card is your bottleneck. And the processor a little bit too. -
I have vista 32-bit...yeay yeay bottleneck
and what about the dual ddr2
in every ram slot it must be the same ram?

and should I try to overclock? The effect is worth it?

Get that Zalam notebook cooler, I got it and love it. Keeps my notebook 5-10 degrees cooler
(NC1000 or something) -
can you check if it is a difference in 3dmark06 score with and without zalman cooler?please I really think of buying

I think the GS will run Crysis pretty good at low settings.

The cooler itself doesn't change your 3dmark score, what it does is it allows you to play at a higher temperature than you would have. I don't think OCing it will do much.
And I do think you should get more than the 2gb of ram since Vista is pretty demanding of ram, so the 2gb you have allows vista to run optimally and gives you a bit left over for games.
please help me with my pavilion dv6500
