I have a Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz, 2GB ram, and the X1400. Raven Shield runs great on my system. The new R6: Vegas runs pretty crummy. All settings on low (including 640x480 resolution) and I run at around 25 with it dipping down to around 20 every now and then. Splinter Cell: Double Agent will probably run just as poorly. I don't know anything about Advanced Warfighter, if the requirements are up there with Vegas and Double Agent (SM3.0 required) then I wouldn't count on it running well. The X1400 supports SM3.0 but doesn't run it very well.

I've been playing r6 lockdown for awhile with the spec's below, you shouldn't have any problems and I'm running on the highest settings with ATI 6.9 drivers.

cool. anyone know about advanced warfighter and double agent? i hope i can run those at playable settings. they should be easier on the gpu than vegas eh?
-
Vegas and Double Agent require SM3.0, which the X1400 has, but doesn't have the pipelines or speed to handle it well so those two games you'll be struggling to peak at 30fps let alone maintain it. Advanced Warfighter only requires SM2.0 so it should run better. For reference SM=Shader Model

By the way, R6:Vegas is a brilliant game.

I've heard that GRAW, Double Agent, and Vegas are horribly ported, and so requires a very very good rig to run well. I have a a8js (2ghz ram, nvidia 7700) and the GRAW demo doesn't run very smoothly on it. But Best Buy has GRAW for only $15 right now, so you could just try it out.

graw runs great on my a8js.
vegas doesnt though. -
no, you won't be able to run it
