    remmaped escape key not working in Max Payne 3

    hi guys, i am new to the site and came here with a thought that it would help me
    Since my escape is not working, i remapped it to PrtSc (Print screen) or SysRq (system requirement) key.
    i have used a software called sharpkeys to remap it
    the remapping works off the games and in some apps like windows explorer.However, it doesn't work in-game like max payne 3 and half life 2 .
    i just need a solution to this problem or can anyone specify location of controls file for max payne 3.
    any help would be appreciated.

    Not sure if this will work but try running it as Administrator.
