    rivatuner problems

    Hey,

    I have a xps like in my sig.

    When i try to overclock the 8600GT with riva tuner nothing happens :S
    I oc'ed it before and i scored 5600 in 3dmarks06 then but it seems it doenst react at all when i overclock now with riva tuner just gives stnd 45-4600 scores.

    I just write what i do mabey i do something wrong:
    I go to system settings drag the bar of the core clock to 575 and the memory to 800 ( i know i can go higher but just wanne play save) they i click apply and run 3dmark06

    Nevermind fixed it i uninstalled some programmes and ran ccleaner i now oc'ed stable at 640/900 :) 5861 in 3dmark06

    What programs did you un-install. It might be the reason I get bad results.
