The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Found this interesting interview... thought some you guys would be interested too. The thing that facinates me is the last page where the lead game designer says that the videos and and screens we've seen came from directX9... so I guess the game isn't directx10 / Vista exclusive, though directx10 will def make the game 100x better. Anyway, enjoy!

    Why would a company make their game only DX10 compatible and lose over half their sales?

    I don't think we will see DX10 exclusives until at least a couple years down the road. Just IMO :)
