    ok so with the e1505 from dell does it matter much in games if i get the the Integrated Audio or the Integrated Sound Blaster Audigy HD Software Edition

    I do not think it really matters, but I am not sure. The Integrated Sound Blaster Audigy is not really a soundcard. It is more like software.

    Yeah the Sound Blaster thing is just a software upgrade. It adds HD audio codecs, along with a creative player, and EAX options that actually do help to improve sound quality. If you want a full gaming experence out of your notebook, I would say go for it for that low price. You can then enable EAX effects in your games and hear all those extra bullet richocets(spelling :( and all.

    I would suggest not getting that Software Audigy stuff . . it adds several processes/services to your system and uses more resources than it should. There are also compatibility problems with certain games, many people had to uninstall it. So, unless you have $30 to waste, don't bother.

    The integrated audio is handled by the Intel High Definition sound, which is very good from my experience.
