I have the same problem lately - there are a few servers in CS:S that I like to re-join, but whenever I restart the game, they are gone.

Its a bug within Steam, however all of your favorites should be saved. In order to view them properly, do not open Counter Strike, or whatever game you are plan to play. Instead, on the main steam window, click view>>>Servers>>>favorites, all of them will load there, and subsequently will appear in the in-game server lists.

Hmm, off topic, but I notice alot of games (not just source games) have a problem with keeping favorites. BF2 never even ADDS the favorites, any source game I play refuses to remember my favorites, and theres another game that does that too but I can't remember which one. I wonder if maybe there is a "standard" for coding the whole favorties thing that just sort of sucks.

FEAR Combat works fine. Got all the Gamearenas added. It runs off GameSpy Arcade, so maybe thats it.

Mmm, could be, I hate gamespy arcade though, I classify it as spyware (lol).
