    steam issue and Demi-God opinions

    every time i try to log into steam offline it says error so i click start in off line and it says this " error could not connect " please retry .... i just freakin clicked start offline ....... it says it could not connect when i slick start offline



    Demi god looked good but some people said it wasn't single player

    That's the issue that I'm talking about on some other thread. I've tried and read about many solutions but the best way is leave it alone and try again some other time (A day or two if you're lucky, or less than).

    As for Demigod... Any game that allowed you to play by yourself is a single player game IMO. If story line is what you mean, yes, it does not have a narrative story line... if you don't count the intro video...

    Single player is ho hum because essentially you get the same thing as multiplayer but without the interest that comes from putting a beat down on a live person. Since multi has no real story there is no story in single player. The single player game is IMO best as an occasional no think kill fest or to try out and test char builds you may want to then try out online. In the beginning its good to just get in a game and figure out the different chars and their play style. I like demigod but IMO for people interested in only the single player aspect there exists a good possibility of being disappointed.

    Weird, if you want you could try reinstall Steam after you backup your game... Some people at Steam's forum even went all out and formatted their machine.
