    Is it possible to access other countries steam store sites.
    for example i am in japan but spend most of my time in england, so i usually use Uk steam site. could i access uk steam site from Japan??

    it will still block you buying certain games if they are banned in japan.
    as soon as you bring your laptop to the uk you can buy and download them.
