Well, if you get a 1GB of RAM, you'll be able to play BF2 at low settings. NFSU will run at med.-high settings.

If it helps, I played Rise of Nations on my old PM 1.1 with the first generation of Intel's integrated graphics cards just fine.

What kind of strategy games are you referring to? If the games are not particularly graphics intensive you should not have any problem. As far as Civilization IV I have not tried that yet on my zv6000 but I don't think that is a particularly graphics intensive game and I believe it would probably work.

Also, I would recommend moving this to the Gaming section.

AS far as Civilization IV on this lappy (zv6000)
    I don't think so...
Civilization VI will only run on about 8 cards available right now and they include like the NVidia Geforce Graphcs Go 7800GTX and its brothers (extremely high powered graphics cards)
Believe me I bought and tried it on a desktop with integrated graphics like this lappy and it wouldn't even play it just crashed and sent me out to the desktop
I imagined the game saying "You are kidding right?! with that graphics card! HA HA HA you are a stupid B$%^H!!"
So if you want to play Civ VI go to something like Sager's High Performance desktop-replacement models or for that matter any brand's high performance desktop-replacement models...

    Recommended System Requirements

    Operating System:

1.8 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon processor or equivalent

    Memory:
    512 MB RAM

    Supported Operating Systems

The ATI 200M is higher than the Radeon 7500 so I really think that it should work fine on the zv6000. Civilization is not known to be an extremely graphics intensive game.
