    What's up.
im currently running dell 1520, 8600m GT, 2gb ram, T7250

im running SF4, the game could not adjusted to full screen, and the FPS is average 40, i sometime feels that the game is not running smoothly(slowmo) in some of the scene.

So i would like to ask, is there any solution for it?
is there any way to optimize it???

he means, are you doing anything else, have anything else running while playing the game?

If it werernt handling it right, it wouldnt be like slowmo, it would be choppy. So, maybe the game is just supposed to be slowmo in those spots? :) 40FPS is enough, where it isnt choppy and fully playable.

For the full screen... You mean you cant get it into full screen? Try going into settings and make sure the resolution is set at the highest possible. ;)

The solution is to reduce the details in graphics. I found from their benchmark tool that lowering the character detail (or something like that) actually improved a lot the fluidity with a minimal change.

try fixed fps as opposed to variable

I have an HD 3650 card on my laptop w 4 gb ram/2 ghz core 2 duo
if i set it on variable with everything on high except no aa/af, i get around 30-40 fps also. Setting it to fixed gets it to 60 fps with no slowdown or lag

Make sure Vsync and AA are disabled in the options and lower shadows to low/medium.
