Yeap its a very good action RPG, its more mature in its gameplay than others and ones choices have a impact on the outcome of the story.....
If you cant get the enhanced version download the update for free via the witcher homepage....it really smoothes out the imperfections and makes it a very complete game.....
Yes it can be played on vista 64....
    Enjoy

it has a nice combat system and the story is decent but not very well connected much like the novel itself

Ever since the enhanced edition came out the game is supposed to be quite good.

just make sure you get the enhanced edition, which comes with a bunch of extra stuff, i'm not sure if they still sell the old version.

I also agree in promoting the Polish economy by buying products developed there.

Its actually enhanced for 64bit...well that is the enhanced version lol.

But you will most certainly enjoy the game. It has a compelling storyline that you can choose in some aspects.

As mentioned earlier, it doesn't matter if you get the enhanced edition as you can get the enhanced edition content for free as long as you have a legitimate serial for the normal version.

In summary get which ever version they have/whichever version is cheaper.

Also it runs great on Vista 64 and is a really good game.

The overall story does feel a bit disconnected but the setting and combat are really great.

It's great, they completely redid the voice-overs and dialogue of the English version with the EE and it's more polished than its predecessor (which I liked despite the initial technical problems).

well its only on hold still, thats stupid they have the chance of reacing a wider audience by putting it on the consoles that way if the next one is a pc exclusive people will still buy it.
